According to the old rule of thumb, drink 8+ glasses of water. Pro tip: If plain old H2O isn't your thing, add sliced oranges or lemons for a little citrus zing.
Eat Your Water
Add water-rich foods like strawberry, celery, cantaloupe, peaches, and cucumber. These high water content foods are refreshing, hydrating, nutritious, and oh-so onolicious (delicious)!
Not So Hot
Use less-hot hot water in the shower to prevent over-stripping of the protective oils from your skin. How can you tell if it's too hot? If the water is causing your skin to turn red like a lobster, it's too hot.
